Terms of Service
The agreement governing use of the RestroCore Point-of-Sale platform and cloud services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a RestroCore account, initiating a 14-day free trial, or accessing any RestroCore POS application or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. 14-Day Free Trial & Subscription Plans
- Free Trial: New restaurant tenants receive 14 days of full feature access on their chosen tier (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) without upfront credit card requirements.
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as configured in your store settings.
- Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your plan at any time without early termination penalties.
3. Autonomous Offline Engine & License Leases
RestroCore provides a 15-day offline operational cryptographic lease. During local internet outages, your store continues billing locally. To refresh the offline cryptographic token and avoid terminal lockouts, terminals must connect to the internet at least once every 15 calendar days.
4. Service Level Agreement (99.9% Uptime)
We guarantee 99.9% cloud platform availability across our primary database clusters and sync endpoints, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.
5. Acceptable Use & Security
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the multi-tenant architecture of RestroCore or upload malicious payloads to our kitchen or billing APIs.
6. Limitation of Liability
RestroCore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local hardware failures (e.g. faulty physical thermal printers or defective third-party tablets).
