To provide high-reliability restaurant operations, we collect the following categories of data:
- Account & Store Setup: Restaurant name, legal business identity, GSTIN / Tax ID, owner phone number, work email address, and billing address.
- Operational Transactions: Orders, menu items, table statuses, KOT receipts, payment method breakdowns, discounts, and staff shift records.
- Technical Device Telemetry: IP addresses, browser user agent, local terminal hardware IDs for offline lease cryptographic verification, and sync logs.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your restaurant data is strictly utilized to:
- Process orders, table sessions, and generate accurate tax & GST invoices.
- Synchronize real-time KOT displays between kitchen stations and billing counters.
- Maintain seamless 15-day offline lease integrity and peer-to-peer LAN replication.
- Prevent fraud, secure multi-tenant cloud storage, and provide customer support.
4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Each restaurant store operating on RestroCore is strictly segregated via tenant-isolated data architectures and cryptographic role access controls. Your sales figures, raw menu costs, and customer records are never shared with or exposed to any competing business.
5. Payment & Cardholder Data Security
RestroCore does not store unencrypted raw credit/debit card numbers or CVVs. All electronic payment integrations utilize tokenized, PCI-DSS compliant gateways and UPI QR standards.
6. Data Retention & Export
Restaurant owners retain 100% ownership of their sales and catalog data. You can export complete financial reports, item sales summaries, and tax registers in Excel / CSV / PDF formats at any time from your admin dashboard.
